TAH Horrible pasty discharge years after sugery

I have been having this for a few years. Mine started about 2 years after my hysterectomy. I as well thought I had some infection. I went to my Gyn. More times than I can count. I was cultured, painted purple not once but twice out of desperation from my doctor and myself with ginsing violet. I took yeast infection pills and bacteria antibiotics. Im sure I've forgotten some of the efforts. All for naught. I posted this topic a few years ago and it seemed I was alone in this. All cultures were clear and none of the remedies worked. He told me this may be something I just have to live with ??? Live with ? It's very embarrassing even though my husband is understanding. It does affect my sex life and how I feel about myself. Sex is super dry and we always have to use lube. Then the discharge sloughs off while having intercourse. I switched doctors and started seeing a female Gyn. She of course cultures tight off the get go. Nothing. She said "it's like wallpaper paste". Yes I'm all too aware. She was at a loss as well and recommended I douche since I have no uterus it can't hurt me. That only works for the day. I go back and she tells me to buy long swabs and swab my vagina with 50/50 vinegar and water. Needless to say I wanted to ask her how she would like to swab her vagina out daily. Regardless I gave it a shot. Discharge is the same. I was also told it was a build up of vaginal cells that do not wash out due to cervix being removed. If I knew this would be the result I would have never ever gotten a hysterectomy. I'm desperate.
