I am just feeling really down today

Girl, eat those cookies and ice cream. You deserve it. Find someone to take the kids for a day or two and have the house to yourself. The one thing I see repeated by our Hystersisters is to remember to pamper ourselves so as Nike says 'Just Do It".

I'm glad you're feeling more centered today. I am at 11 weeks and I still can't get into my tight jeans. On the bright side, I have re-discovered the value of skirts and dresses, and it is summer so they actually are plentiful in the stores and comfortable. I can still pull off a knee length skirt with 2 inch heels (if I'm not walking for a long time) and I actually feel more feminine than I do in my "mom jeans". Who knew!!! This is an emotional roller coaster, no doubt about it. I am trying to be kind to myself.
