10 days Post hysterectomy got pathology report

I went for my post op this morning. Dr seemed like he was in a hurry. Said everything came back benign which is great but didn't gonover my pathology report with me. He went over reaceiction and said for me to come back in 4 weeks. Then the nurse came in and I asked for my pathology report. She gave it to me and this is what it said-

1. Negative for malignancy
2. Leiomyomata (largest measuring .8 cm)
3. Serosal adhesions of uterine serosa
4. Cervix: no change since biopsy which showed cin1 and atypical glandual cells.
5. Bilateral Fallopian tubes: benign bilateral Fallopian tubes with paratubal cysts of one of the Fallopian tubes.

Uterus weighed 120 grams, 9x6x4.5 cm. TRABECULAR MYOMETRIUM measuring 2 cm thickness. An INTRAMURAL NODULE is noted measuring .8cm in diameter.

Has anyone has these on their report and if so what does all this mean? I called back and left a message for someone to call me back and explain. This was hours ago...

You had fibroids, the nodule counts as one too, scarring(adhesions)
