suggestions on starting back to work

Iam a swim coach so i work from a desk from 10 am til 3pm then I am standing and walking the pool deck from 3pm til 8pm. My husband has been out of work for a year and he just had a heart attack this past Dec. He is still recorvering to some degree
I really need to work as much as possiable but I want to make sure I am being responsiable with my recorvery. Truth is I was overwhelmed before my surgery. and a little worried I won't be able to say "enough "
Sounds crazy I know but it is an 700 child swim program And I am the owners right hand. Everyone depends on me. Sorry for cryin just scared i guess I am used to running nonstop. People are used to me solving everything. I just not sure Iam up to the pressure

I am at 3 1/2 week after my PAH. I still have pain from time to time and a swelly belly. I am going to be working from home starting tomorrow. I am hoping that my energy level increases. I can't see going back to the office at this time.
