LAVH Retorn vaginal cuff at 6 sixs post-op

I will be six weeks post-op tomorrow, and I tore my vaginal cuff again this evening. I tore it sneezing when I was four weeks post-op. I started bleeding heavily and passing large clots. My doctor used Monsel's paste to stop the bleeding. Everything was fine until I was crossing the street today and kind of jogged across because of traffic. Within five minutes I was bleeding heavy, within thirty minutes, I started passing clots. I will call my doctor in the morning to see what he wants to do. I just want to know why this keeps happening! Most ladies are given the "all clear" at six weeks, but I'm just not healing!! I don't know how to keep from tearing over and over when the simplest things keep opening my cuff?! I'm also scared that something internally (beyond my cuff) is damaged.

Poor honey! I am sorry you are having such difficulties. I can't imagine why your cuff keeps tearing over inconsequential things. I wonder if it would be best if your doctor would take you to the OR and stitch you up again.

Watch yourself carefully tonight and please go to the ER if you're bleeding heavy, have a fever, or your pain increases.
