TVH bleeding 3 years after cervix removed hyster

If someone can help after having my hysterectomy 3 1/2 years ago. Uterus removed with cervix. I still have my ovaries I have had some pain left lower quadrant it feels like its my ovary. There is discharge and bleeding. I have had a CT Scan and was told things where normal. I know pain and blood is not normal from the vagina after a hysterectomy. Not sure what to do can some one help I am a lot concerned. And I will add that there is no sex 2 1/2 years

Discharge and bleeding are not normal. I wonder if you have a cuff issue or, like me, cysts. My cysts were not caught until my BHO. I didn't have bleeding though, because there was no path from the abdominal cavity to the vagina. It has to be something penetrating the cuff.

Something else it could be is a fallopian tube caught in the cuff. That is not uncommon and I understand they are hard to image via CT scan.

I think I would look for a second opinion. Bleeding this far out isn't the norm. I know if it were me I would be worried enough to go for a second opinion.
