On and Off Swelly Belly

Wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I had my hysterctomy in Feb and ovary removal in August. The thing is I still get the swelly belly on and off. Has anyone else had it this long or is it maybe from the 2 different surgerys and scar removal during ovary surgery? And if you have had this problem how long did it last?

I too experienced what are you going through. I noticed it BIG TIME at the end of the day or after a hard workout session. I think it lasted for at least six months with me. But the occurances happened less frequently as time went by.

Its 3 1/2 months since my TAH and My belly is swollen, sometimes its fine in the morning but the minute I start a normal routine it swells up and is sore inside too. Both near the incision and in the belly where stuff was removed. I want to have it scanned to make sure all is well, it scares me.

I had my tummy scanned and nothing was found my still having the swelling not so much pain.. i walk and eat even less and take water pills..(which helps) but the swelling comes back later in the day.. what can a women do

I will still scan it to make sure but it seems like we all have that swelling. I do feel better when I eat less and walk less but its terrible because I love to walk and cant do it. After my scan if they tell me nothing is wrong than I guess I will have to accept taking it easy until healing finally comes. Its a long hard road.
