Home from the castle

welcome home! and welcome to the other side..
rest, and take care. I had a friend help me out with something different. She made me a chocolate cake, with cholate frosting. She told me , everyday have a piece of cake, and when the cake is gone,, you will feel alot better, it worked.
of course, trying to keep DH from it was a fight, but I won. Nothing like getting weepy over cake, hehehe..
rest, and be a good princess

Hey Nana! You mean it only takes one day to feel a lot better? Or do some people consider a piece of cake something less than the whole thing?

It takes more then just one day,, darn. Just a state of mind to help you through the recovery. It took me 7 days to finish the cake.. chocolate helps all aches and pains,,,,lol.
You will do fine. I almost backed out at the last minute, but knew I had to do it. The castle makes you comfy, and just remember to walk when you can, and drink lots of water. it really does help with your recovery. I would walk down the hall, and get my meds from the nurses. I made it too easy for them. When you get home, take your pain meds. Don`t stop them, then try to chase down the pain. I found out the hard way. I stayed on top of it after one day of thinking, I don`t need this ,,,lol
I will be thinking of you
