3rd week post-op!

I am three weeks out from surgery and doing good. Notice in weeks 1 and 2 I was leaking urine but since then that has stopped. I am still trying to figure out what all I can do right now, laundry is kicking my butt. Two out of three incisions are healing great but my belly button has a ways to go. Still can't wear regular pants so sweat pants have become my best friend. I recommend in weeks 1 & 2 to take stool softeners they were a life saver for me and drinking lots of water! Hot flashes began in week 1 and has since mellowed out a bit. Night sweats I get maybe one or two every couple of days. Those I really do not like at all!! Looking forward to complete healing

Thank you Danni Still learning my do's and don'ts. Sometimes my patience gets the best of me and I want to do something.....like I said, still learning.

Ironic because I also find that since my surgery, daVinci on Sept. 13, that when I have to 'go', I have to 'go' now!! If I don't get there fast--I start to leak! Guess they did something to the muscles when they were 'delivering' the organs vaginally.
