Hi everyone, glad to meet you all!
I just wanted to say Hi and quickly introduce myself.
I am 43, having a TAH on Sept. 15, but keeping cervix and ovaries. My dr. said I have multiple large fibroids, which have been causing me lots of pain and heavy bleeding. I will be relieved when the monthly misery will be over. 
Good luck and best wishes to everyone for a successful surgery and speedy recovery.
