intimate last night

It was good, no pain, however I was to nervous to relax and didn't have an "O". Im not sore or anything this morning. On another note at my 4 week checkup my bp was 140/100 and dr was not happy. I see him in 2 weeks for that. I take a lot of vitamins, (which my dh insists not always good for you). I take a multi, calcuim, B-6, Vit e,c a &d, selenuim, magnesuim, flax oil, and evening of primerose. I did research and found that all of these can aid in lowering bp, Im not taking too much. Im worried as so was my dr and he said this is propably why Im not sleeping. I have no idea why its high at this point.

Glad last night was good, and I'm sure it will get better as time goes by.

For your BP being up at your appt. I could have been just from being at the office, you may have had yourself worked up about having the exam. That happens alot of time when people go to the doctor. I work in a doctors office and we see it, so the doctor just have them return just to check BP and most of the time it goes back to normal range.

I am having trouble with my Blood Pressure too. Never had this before. Mine is staying anywheres from 168/101 to 154/100. Can't get the bottom number to budge. It has caused me to have seveve headaches now for a week. I've tried everything and they are going to do a MRI on Tuesday to see if something is there or what's going on. So maybe it's just the hormones who knows but I know I don't like it.
