Sad :-(

I'm 3 weeks post-opt and have had an excellent recovery time. I kept both ovaries and cervix and I feel totally healed and not even tired. No hot flashes or menopause symptoms. Now this week I can't seem to stop crying. My son left for Marine's Boot Camp on Monday and can't tell if this emotional state is from that or from my surgery. Any suggestions?

Re: Sad :-(

Perhaps both? You just had major surgery and your ovaries may not be fully functional yet. I know if it was my son I would be crying my eyes out. Sending you big hugs!

Re: Sad :-(

I also think a combination of both. This is a very emotional time for you. Hugs for you.
