Terrified because everything is too smooth...

I left my cell phone turned off, and while I was out, the hospital called to say my 2 PM surgery is now a 4:30 PM. I'm thinking it will be cancelled completely if other surgeries go overtime. Nothing smooth going on here. Weather forcast is better. If I were a betting woman, I'd say this surgery isn't going to happen tomorrow. So for those lucky ladies whose hyst went smoothly, stand close to me so that your luck will transfer to me.

Thinking of you - all will be well, this time next week you will be focussed on recovering and looking to the future and stress about the hospital will be a memory...

I wanted to let you know that I have had a smooth surgery and 5 week post op time.

Surgery was 2/07, I was a bit on edge just before, and then I woke up afterwards to a nurse who got my pain under control and set me up for an easy evening and peaceful night of sleep.

I have taken the advice of many, "take the time to heal and rest". Let your loved ones help you and spoil you . Be a princess!

I know one of the biggest reasons I am in great shape is because my husband has taken 6 weeks off to take care of me and he is spoiling me! Having the support makes all the difference!
