Re: Anyone from uk

Hi, Originally I am from Derby (a long time ago, arrived in the US when I was in preschool). I am an anglophile who loves the beautiful Peak District and the villages of Cornwall.

I had my surgery in the US healthcare system; robotic daVinci. A friend of a friend had an open hyster in the UK at the same time and is still recovering. Me, I am thankful I was back at work within a month!

However your op is done, you will be so relieved to lead a normal life again...no more buying Always or Tampax, no more carrying items in your purse just in case, no more fear of a surprise visitor while on holiday - and no more leaving a meeting by looking at the chair to be sure you didn't leave an embarrassing stain behind.

This Spring, I will wear white shorts, white pants and own a white skirt

Best wishes to you.

Hi yes, I think there are some of us here somewhere! I'm originally from just outside Liverpool - now in North Yorkshire. Hope your surgery went well.

Re: Anyone from uk

I'm from Suffolk, but lived in North Yorks (Whitby) as a child and now live in the US. Wish I could be home to have my surgery.
