Dull ache

Hi

I had my abdominal hysterectomy (ovaries and cervix remained) three months ago. I have bounced back so well in every way, except that I find I get a few days where I have a dull ache in my pelvic area. It's not a bad pain and I notice that it comes on if I have been particlary active or have been bending and lifting. My consultant seemed to dismiss it but I wondered if anyone else has had the same? I have not have any "mini period" so far so I wondered if it could be a period pain of sorts as I still have my ovaries.

Dull ache

Yes that would make sense as I still get PMT and sore breasts even though I don't have a period. Thanks
