pelvic and side pain 5months post op

Hi All,
Looking for some help. Had lavh including removal of ovaries and tubes on March 9th.
I am on no hrt because of family history of cancer.
The pathology report after surgery found pre cancerous cells and endometrosis and fibroids.
I am having pelvic pain and pain in my side. I also still have breast pain.
I am getting more migraines than before.
I still feel like I have pms symptoms.
Is anyone else going thru any of this?

Have you talked to your doctor about your symptoms? For some women, it can take some time before all of the residual hormones have depleted.

Some of your symptoms could also be from a lack of hormones. Your doctor should be able to discuss options you can try to help with the symptoms. If not, look for a physician who can help you deal with surgical menopause issues with using hormone replacement therapy.

The migraines could be hormonal as well. I would suggest working with a neurologist to help you control them. How did you control them in the past? Have you ever used a prophylactic medication to help prevent them?

The pelvic pain could be healing, scar issues, endometriosis that was missed, etc.

Make a list of all of your symptoms and sit down and discuss them all with your doctor(s).
