How soon for outer course or intercourse??

Hello, I will be 4 weeks post op on Thursday. I am having strong urges and have pleasured the hubby, but we would love to be able to do more. The dr said that we could probably try intercourse on the fourth week if we take it slow! Has anyone else been able to do anything this early?

My Dr. says no intercourse for 8 weeks.

I learned the hard way after a pregnancy to listen to the dr!!!!! If he says wait then wait....4 weeks seems a little early in any case, and I understand the urge, but maybe try clitoral stimulation as opposed to penetration just to be on the safe side!!!

If your body isn't ready and it's too early for vaginal sex you can risk having another surgery that will potentially shorten your vagina. My doctor said 8 weeks before sex or tub baths. Hold on. Make it worth the wait.

My dr is saying 10 weeks Gonna be a LONG 10 weeks.

Thank you sisters! I plan on waiting until my 6 week check to see what he says. After reading on some articles on what has happened to some women it scares me and my hubby so we plan to wait:-)
