5 Weeks-some knots around incision

Hi Ede
Do you mean you have knots from your sutures popping up around your incision? If that is it, I don't think it's really unusual. I didn't have it, but I have read posts where women have mentioned that it happened.
If you do a search for knots it will bring up some threads where it is discussed.
I hope you'll find yourself healed up enough to be released for some more things in the next couple of weeks. Keep us posted.

5 Weeks-some knots around incision

I have the same thing. the end of my incision opened up and there was a knot there. I went to my Dr. and she said that that was ok. She told me if the knot was showing it was ok to cut off that piece. I have since had 2 other areas do the same thing. She said the knots do not dissolve as easy as the rest of the sutures. She said just to watch for an infection or fever as antibotics maybe needed.

hope this helps
