moods swings how often and how fast do they come after you

I got home from the hospital third day after surgery . am doing well. it was a difficult surgery but he was able to do it all lapascopic yeh. then on the 2nd day home the crying flood gates opened that finally stopped after that i admit i felt better. now its the kinda the lonely and depressesd state .so i am trying to journal things down to see if that helps thannks, Bryse

I am on an HRT patch so I don't appear to be suffering that - hope someone on the list can answer you.

The second and third day home from the hospital were the worst for me. I actually wanted to go back. It felt like when I was in the hospital, friends and family wanted to help out more. Once I got home, I was on my own. It took an entire day of crying for them to see it wasn't over. I still get a bit emotional when it feels like they've forgotten I need help. They aren't used to me needing the extra help and attention because it's not my norm.

Things will get better.

I am on premarin so have no mood swings. Are you on hormones?
