Sneezing - omg

I have sneezed post op and omg - really scary. Any advice on making this a little less painful. I felt like all the internal stitches were popping.

Use a pillow pressed against your belly. That should help to relieve the pain. I used it after surgery when I got a sinus infection and started to cough and sneeze. The pillow really helped a lot. I made sure to carry it everywhere. You can use a smaller one to press against your belly. I used one from my couch. Hope this helps you.

It should not hurt as much as you continue to heal. It is only when you have all those muscles recovering from this that you will feel it. I get frequent sinus infections and for some reason coughing/sneezing can hurt like crazy. Doc said probably fibromyalgia is contributing to it.
