My PET/CT scan results were read to me over the phone by the nurse. I was told I HAVE TO BE SEEN TODAY. So I am headed out the door for that long road trip.
All things looked good and clear with the exception of this same old stubborn area. They said it could be from the recent radiation treatment (inflammation), doctor wants to see it today and will probably do a EUA next week.
PLEASE PRAY FOR RAD INFLAMMATION! It's only been 12 weeks since Cyberknife so there is hope there, and that is what the nurse said.

Add my prayers to all the rest! 12 weeks is not very long, so it only makes sense that there would be plenty of radiation inflammation at this early stage.
Drive carefully and keep us posted.
