Feeling Very Alone and Scared

A few weeks post surgery and I am feeling very frightened. Is there anyone out there in the 55 age and over group who decided not to take hormones?

I am only fifty but I did not take hormones. Nine months out. Why are you feeling so afraid? What is going on to cause such fear?

I'm 4 weeks post-op but I was able to keep one ovary. However, from what I've read, everyone goes through emotional re-calibrating after a hysterectomy. Maybe your body is still adjusting??
