Hope you are doing better. Think back through your last couple of days to think if you might have over extended yourself. Maybe you did a little too much.
I had my dVH two weeks ago and outside of some twinges and swelly belly I am doing great. I keep trying to keep that little voice in my head active so that it reminds me to not do too much so that I don't create problems with my recovery.
Take care of yourself!

Do get yourself checked out ASAP! I'm no dr, but it sounds like bladder infection or stone trying to pass. Drink plenty of water until you can be seen. I went to dr for a similar thing this morning. Don't freak out. It is very treatable. Feel better soon!

My back has been hurting me and it burns a little when I pee but nothing intolerable...like what I've heard from people.
I have been more active than I was in the first 2 weeks but nothing too much.
Yesterday I noticed some pain on my right side when I turn the wrong way. And when I cough it hurts down along my pubic bone (but in the muscles not the actual bone)
