My surgery date has changed

Due to all of the pain I have experienced. My doctor wants to move my surgery date from June 6th to May 16th. I knew I had time to prepare myself. But knowing it's only a two weeks away. I am becoming very nervous. I knowwhen I go under I have a hard time recovering. Oxygen mask always on my face for at least 30 min. My heart rate likes to drop. Being only 26 having a heart cath done on 12/20/02, Lap 1/10/03, DNC 3/28/03 and now this. Then I have to worry about my daughter's b-day party. Don't even know if I can do it or afford it. Being a single mother of a 2 and soon to be 6 year old is very hard. Ontop of my health conditions I am going through allot. Please keep your fingers cross and hope all goes well for me. Thank you.

Have you asked your doctor about a spinal instead of general?? You stay await and they can give you something to make you alittle sleepy so you do not know what is happening
