back pain ~ 3 weeks post~op

I had an laparoscopic hysterectomy 3 weeks ago. My sister had a heart transplant one week ago ~ I was forced to drive 8 hours to be with my 85 year old mother during the surgery and for a few days of hospital waiting rooms. I know that wasn't the best move but all is well. I am having a lot of lower back pain and wondered if anyone else has dealt with that. I have some normal minor aches/cramping in the ab area but nothing like the constant ache in my back.

Even though you had a lap proceedure you might benefit from an abdominal binder. I had aching lower back pain until I finally got my binder. You might try it.
