Been a month since hysterectomy and still bleeding with odor :(
It has been a month and one day and I am still bleeding and having cramps like a period..... From having to wear a pad I have now noticed an odor that won't go away is all this normal? The bleeding and odor? When will it stop?

Mine took 7 weeks to stop for good. And yes the odor can be normal but if you get concerned see your Dr.

I'm 12 days post op & had concerns about the odor & discharge too. I went in to have it checked out on Friday. My dr said it was normal. Good luck!

The odor could come from internal stitches that are dissolving. Do you see any on your pad?
What is your level of activity? Sometimes if you over-do you can have bleeding as well.
Not sure what kind of hysterectomy you had.
