Foreplay allowed?

I am at week two post op, had TAH on Jan 8th. Sitting around with my honey all day has got me all excited (TMI.... I know). I know there is no intercourse for 6 weeks, but does anyone know what the rules are for external stimulation? Is clitoral stimulation off limits aswell? Help!!!!

I know what you mean. DH get's me all excited too. Please call your doctor's office for the OK. Any sexual activity can be a problem this early, but only your doctor can say for you. I'll cross my fingers that you get the green light!

We did a lot of external on days I felt well. Heck, I wanted to know if I still had good o's..LOL...And well, wasn't going to make hubby suffer..but again, I had LAVH...so no huge incision on the tummy! Check with your doc...mine said if it feels good, okay, if not, don't do it!

We "went there" a week and a half after surgery. I was sore internally for a day afterward, so we haven't been back. Funny, I was so wanting it that first two weeks. Now I could care less. He'll be lucky to get it for Valentine's Day! Must be a hornonal thing.

We have a Post Op Sex Checkpoints you might want to check out! It is always best to ask your doctor specifically what is you are allowed and not allowed to do. Some women have been told no stimulation, no orgasm, absolutely no touching. Others have been given the okay for limited outercourse.

So, find out what is okay for you! You only have one chance to heal right the first time!
