Leaking from breasts!?

I am 5 weeks and a few days post op. I have felt weepy and moody the last couple of days and figured it was my normal cycle. My PMS was always ridiculous with the mood swings so I figure nothing has changed. Today I noticed a wet spot the size of a pea on my shirt. I checked it out and what do ya know? It's coming from my nipple. What on earth?? Can anyone shed any light on this for me? Of course it's the weekend and the doc is closed. Please, anyone with any wisdom would be appreciated. Thanks.

My doctor asked me at my six week check if I was lactating so I think its normal for some. It has to be a hormonal thing. I did notice tender breasts though. I hope it goes away for you soon. Breasts were definitely swollen. Maybe do a search on here for past threads about it.
