MeTOO!!!!
Hey prplunicrn777!!!! Do you know what kind of surgery? I had a TAH/RSO 1 year ago-as of April 26th.....Everything went well...I had been in pain for almost 3years, no meds worked....So I said I cant live this way anymore and agreed to my surgery. I knew the instant I work up I was a different person. The healing process was slower than I hoped...just because mentally I wanted to go and do things and physically I was unable too...difficult but I dealt with it well I think...But I was very scared and once it was over I was like that wasnt that bad considering what I gained it was well worth it....I am going to guess if you had a VH instead of TAH it would be even better and faster...Just remember the pain that comes with healing after surgery is a pain that will go away and once it does you'll be on your way to a new you to live your new life...but which ever I hope you do well, my thoughts are with you.
I hope this helps....aimee
