10 1/2 weeks post hysterectomy, achy abs

Hi sisters! So this is a 2 part thing. On Sunday, my SO and I had sex for the 2nd time since being cleared. The first time, we were extra careful and I had no issues. This time we were a bit more adventurous and upon deep penetration I had discomfort and we changed positions. Right after I had some pink tinged discharge on my bathroom tissue and a few more times that morning but it went away. No pain. But then that afternoon I deep cleaned the bathtub and rechalked the same tub. Now my abs are so achy and the swelly belly is fierce. I have no pain inside the vagina. I hear stories about vaginal cuffs tearing but not sure at my place PO and after doc cleared me. Thanks sisters

That doesn't sound to me like the vaginal cuff tearing. That sounds to me as if you got more abdominal exercise than you've had for a while. ;-) While your exercise program sure sounds like fun, you might want to do some more gradual, boring types of ab exercises to work up to it.

Thank you!! I am thinking the same thing. And of course, had I not had intercourse that same morning I probably wouldn't even have a thought about the cuff.
