LAVH on Thursday...I have a cold!
Hi....I'm having my surgery on Thursday but I have have a stuffy nose/cough. If I can't get rid of it by then, will I have to cancel? I'm sure it's up to the anesthesiologist, but what are the chances I will still have it?! Thanks!

Maybe you could take Zinc or Zicam - those help a lot but I would check with the doctor first to make sure those are ok to take. I had my LAVH on 2/16. It went great. I went home the same day. I'm back to work now but only working 1/2 days - I have a desk job. I still get pretty tired and when I get home from work I rest up for a couple hours. Good Luck tomorrow and I hope they can still do the surgery.
