Bm

I'm doing pretty good got home around 2:30 yesterday the gas is horrible haven't done a bm yet have you? Kinda scared to drank 2 cups of coffee and took 2 stool softners to see if it will move thinks along

Same here.. gas is horrible!.. I have stool softners also..praying for the best

I didnt have a bm until day 4 post op, and found fiber supplements to help out best. Do you have any GasX? The extra strength stuff really helped. I only took the stool softeners for the first couple of days and then stuck with high fiber foods. First bm was a bit painful, but now I'm doing ok on day 12 and thinking I need to cut back on fiber intake!

I didn't have a BM until post op day 8. First time was awful, I was sweating, felt nausea and was shaking. Really hurt my incision. Been taking stool softners and gas x. On day 15 now been going every other day. Not so painful now but still very uncomfortable. Had bikini incision of 9 inch

It's been 4 days and still just passing gas. My doc said if I reach 5 days and nothing to give her a call. I've been taking the stool softeners, lots of fiber and drinking tons of water. I'm a bit nervous of my first one is gonna hurt bad and be the size of a newborn by this point. :/ my husband is picking up some fiber powder today to try. If it doesn't work tonight I'm calling my doc in the morning. :/
