4 days post hysterectomy, home alone with weird dreams, sweaty n not liking incisions

My first shower felt fantastic! I had the energy to take one the second day home from the hospital.

I had my 1st shower today and did not enjoy it at all. Maybe next one

We all heal differently. Once you have your energy back, you'll enjoy a nice shower.

Be gentle with yourself, you are only 4 days post op. This was a major surgery that takes lots of time to heal from.

Give yourself break, watch a new series on Netflix, crochet, whatever you can do b that you can enjoy doing laying in bed.

You will turn the corner on your recovery when it's time.


Four now, kick back , relax and enjoy some time off!

Don't forget to pamper yourself!
