Nearly 2 years out Swelly Belly

Wow has time flown! I keep meaning to get back in here and post but work and family keep me hopping pretty well.
I am still having problems with the belly swelling. One of my best friends had a hysterectomy within days of mine and she is having the same problems. We are the same age and pretty much all our symptoms are the same. She was blessed to not have had an extra 80 pounds from medications to deal with as well so lucky her lol.
Anyway, if anyone else has had problems with swelly belly so far out after surgery and knows of any tips tricks or whats going on and can give us a clue it would be very appreciated! Thanks muchly

I am sorry you are still having swelly belly. I have it sometimes. Exercise, drinking a lot of water and eating low sodium , no white carbs, have helped keep bloating down. Digestion seems to be a key with me.

OMG....please don't tell me this. I am a yr post op and still get it but I just had another surgery a month ago related to hyst surgery and was hoping it will all go away now.

I'm bummed! I'm 4 months post op today. Thought it would be going away soon.

I'm almost 1 year out and still have numbness, pain and worst of all swelly belly. I won't even touch on sudden menopause and no hrt because that's a whole other post. So please if anyone has any suggestions I am all ears.
