2.5 months post hysterectomy: bowel problems

I had a full hysterectomy in July...in the last month or so I have been having problems with my bowels. Everytime I eat I spend the rest of the day back and forth to the bathroom. The cramps and un easiness are awful!!! Any one else have this problem?
