Will I feel different?

Ihad TAH in February cervix removed. I feel very well now although not completely restored to fitness. As far as sex is concerned the ability to climax is felt in a different way. Orgasms are a total body experience and not just in the uterus and cervix which are now gone. As the month goes by and my tummy muscles get stronger I am beginning to have orgasms which are better than ever.Best wishes with your surgery.

I just read that vaginal vault prolapse after hysterectomy occurs within 2 years of surgery and the chances of this happening is less than 1%.

This is only one website i have read it on so far, need to do some more research.
