Muscle Spasms

What are you ladies doing about Muscle Spasms those who are having them. I just started having muscle spasms 4 days ago just in my left butt cheek! Yesterday the spasms started in my legs, butt, thighs and on my side. I did not called my doctore yet but, has anyone doctor told them what to do about it? I only had about 2 hours of sleep because of the spasms. I'm eating yogurt, taking Multi Vitamins, drinking organge juice.

I still don't have any feeling right above the incision, I was told the nerves need to wake up. My surgery was 9/15, it takes that long! My doctor also told my I was a little sensitive to the anesthesia.

Calling your dr sounds like a good idea to me. I never had muscle spasms so I can't share experiences with you. Hopefully someone with info and experience will come along soon.

The hot pack or light stretching does not work. I do plan to call my doctor tomorrow morning.

Calcium and magnesium are good for that. I always make sure I eat at least one banana in a smoothie each day. I get this off and on.

Mag. is good. Caffiene before bedtime probably isn't great. A warm bath is good too.

growviolets,

I'm taking a multi vitamins which has 250 mg magnesium and 500 mg calcium. I'm also eating yogurt everyday and drinking 5-8 glasses of water everyday.

I will add a banana to my diet as well. I hands and feet itchs alot and my friend told me that is a sign of low iron.

I just want to feel normal again.

Thank a bunch! Growviolets
