3 weeks PO more gas pains and pressure on bladder

I had very little pain after surgery, gas passed well, had BM two days after......now I seem to be having more gas and more painful....also have to pee frequently and that also causes pressure kind of pain.........

I think we have to eat lighter because you are describing exactly what I am going through.

Have you been checked to make sure you don't have a UTI? That could really cause you to have to go a lot and make it feel like there is pressure. I might ask my doc about it. Are you using Gas X to help with that? I would ask my doc about it. It is definitely possible to have an infection. I had multiple UTI's after my hyst.

I have the same problems too and I am also PO 3 weeks. I have been miserable this weekend!

I would probably call your doctor tomorrow and ask for some ideas to help make you more comfortable. It should be getting better by now. Sending hugs

I am having the same type of symptoms, but got checked out and was told that I didnt have a UTI. I think another possible reason is the bladder is still recovering from being moved around like everything else during the surgery, but its always best to check with your DR to be sure nothing is wrong
