Cortisone for adhesions or endo pain?

I have never heard of cortisone being used to treat either endo or adhesions. However, my best guess is that if your dr has suggested it, it would be to maybe bring down some inflammation you may have because of either issue.

Do you see an endometriosis specialist or some dr who is very knowledgeable and up to date regarding endo?

You may also wish to check with these sites as they are dedicated to endo issues:
EndoKnow
Endometriosis Association of Victoria
Endometriosis Assosication/Endo Online

I wish you the best and I am sorry I wasn't very helpful!

reply to correct meaning

I'm getting cortisone for a neuroma located on my c-sect midline, not for endo/adhesions. I was wondering if there would be additional benefits of the shot. Thanx
