Post-op TVH Sept. 19th, on week 6 now
Starting week 6 of recovery and back to work, and I am so tired. I wake up with great energy and by the end of the day, I am swolen and exhausted. I brought a blanket to work to sit on, it makes things more comfy. I think it is important to still pamper yourself when needed. Stretching during the day also has helped a bit. I work a desk job so I try to make a point of getting up every so often to walk down the hall. I finally quit spotting, so no more panty liners needed. Yay! 
I have a new found outlook on my life, always use to put everyone first but now I have realized that I must take care of ME. Feels good to baby myself and find a greater appreciation for my body.
Still get a little crampy if I have overdone it and some lower back pain but I take motrin and use the heating pad, that seems to take care of it.
All in all, I am where I should be. So glad no more fibroid and cyst pain!! Looking forward to the months to come.
