This is so embarrassing but......

Do any of you ladies that had a TVH notice a differant smell of your va-jay-jay than before surgery???
Is it just dissolving stitches or do chemicals in your bodies change post-op.

This is so embarrassing but......

Hi Northwest35, I did notice an odd odor. I asked and was told stitches etc. and it did go away. If it bothers you ask your doctor! Also, check out some of the checklists I think I saw it mentioned there as well.

I hope you have a great recovery!

This is so embarrassing but......

Hi northwest35, I had tah/bso last week and am experiencing quite a bit of odor down south. I'm not sure what's causing it, but read that it's normal so I'm not really worrying about it. I only notice it when I go to the bathroom. My DH (bless his heart) says it's not so bad, but it is embarrassing to me. Hopefully, it will go away soon.
