LAVH LAVH BSO 11 months ago -bleeding after sex

Hello sisters. Been a long while since I posted. I hope everyone's doing well. My recovery since my op last year has been a bumpy road since I'm only 38 and hadn't wanted it in the first place! Marriage was also rocky but we've worked hard on everything and only yesterday had sex for the first tome again. However I bled on our sheets and today am still bleeding. More than spotting but not flooding but I'm still worried. What can I have done? I lost my cervix but am not sure how they repaired that bit!!

Any words of reassurance would be so helpful as I'm now plunged back into feeling low and useless again 

Sorry to hear you are experiencing bleeding.

Since you had both ovaries removed it could be irritation from the lack of hormones. Additionally since this is your first time since surgery that could also cause irritation. It could be granulation too.

Put a call into your doctor and get things checked out.

If you didn't use it last time make sure you use lubrication.
