Naan Bread Pizza

I love this

1 pkg Garlic Naan Bread
Container of Bruschetta
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese or shredded mozzarella
Cherry tomatoes
mini Pepperoni
Basil leaves

Preheat oven 425 degrees
On the Naan Bread spoon Bruschetta, place Mozzaretta, Cherry tomatoes, Pepperoni, Basil leafs and a little more mozzarella .
Place on pizza sheet and bake for 15 mins or until desired texture of cheese.

Other topping ideas: steak, mushrooms banana peppers, what ever you like.

Cut in wedges and enjoy.

I've never thought of Naan - we LOVE Naan. Thank you for sharing I am sure to give it a try soon. Another combo comes to mind - Pesto, smoked salmon or ham (depending on if u like salmon or not), provolone and sundried tomatoes

I was *just* thinking of how to turn my favorite Trader Joe's naan into a tasty pizza. I would not have though to try bruschetta, but that sounds so good. Thanks!!
