Hysterectomy: July 26th, 2002
Surgery Type: TAH
Ovaries: Removed both
Pre-op Pelvic Exam?

I had one at my initial exam with the gyn surgeon. I did not have another pelvic at my pre-op. I think that each dr is different and his/her procedures can vary a bit.
