I appreciate your response.I have not tried the shots you mentioned.I guess that is why I am so nervous....we are just guessing that the surgery will help.My dr. referred to this as a "last ditch effort". I'm glad things are going well for you and I will be thinking of you. Good luck!

Hi Afraid...is your surgery already scheduled, or would you have time to try something like Zoladex to make sure that the hysterectomy is the right choice for you? I was glad to read in some of the earlier posts that hysterectomies have helped some women tremendously with their PMDD symtoms.
