Preadmission includes a talk with psychologist - anyone else?

I am here to talk to you if you need me. I totally know what you are going through I am there also. Ask your doctor if this is something they do at your Hospital. My Hospital covers everything. It may be a good idea to talk to someone but I dont want it on my medicial record that I had to see a Physclogist. In my job I can't be an emontional wreak I have to be calm. I am a Nanny. Go have your nails and toes done it will make you feel better cyber hugs go out to you.

I didn't but wish they would have had that option, for both me and my DH. I think he's a bit more freaked than I am! We went to my regular Dr for a discussion about the upcoming surgery today and it has helped him and I both!!! This site has also been alot of help for me!

this wasn't offered to me but if one more well meaning person asks me if i am worried about not feeling "like a woman" anymore ....i may just need one, honestly what do they think we will feel like after....a man? there's more to me than my child bearing parts!
