Six Weeks Post Hysterectomy: Spotting After Sex

I Had a partial hysterectomy six weeks ago. Had my six week follow up yesterday, and doctor said all looked good, healing great, and approved to resume Intimacy. My hubby & i were very excited, Unfortunately it was Uncomfortable and painful, i expected this, but did not expect any spotting after. Now im spotting and Cramping. Is this normal?
Now I'm afraid to be intimate again. Should we wait a few more weeks before we try again?

So you still have your cervix?
The spotting could just be from that.
If the doctor did an internal check and said it was healed up then it is either from your cervix, if you have it still or could be from irritated tissue or some scar tissue.
I would let your doctor know and see what he/she says.
Might need to get another internal done to be sure all is well.
