Want to see your procedure? Here it is!

Hi Ladies! Just found a really complete website with our procedure on it! I have found the LAVH-pictures and explainations, and am on the search within the same site for other procedures. You can even see how they do a rectocele or cystocele repair!
It is NOT however, for the faint of heart! Lots of blood here!
Thought it would be helpful to those who like to know everything like me! They do have c-sections on there so I assume if you can not find a TAH, this would be close--same incision etc.,..
The address is www.pelvicfloor.com
An appropriate name!
There is also lots of other info on there with images taken from actual laparoscopies etc.,... Easy access!
Love to all
Peanut
PS-Gotta say nothing beats hystersisters for personal experience though!

Thanks for sharing this site. I've seen it before and it is very well done. It's good to share it with all the others here who may never have seen the site.

Want to see your procedure? Here it is!

Well since I am awaiting my surgery I usually like to look at these things too. I am glad to know how it is done but, I had to click out of it quick and did not look at the next 10 images for a hysterectomy.

Hugs,

Michelle

I looked at those pictures with my hand over my eyes, I'm so proud of me, I didn't Thanks for the website.
I really did want to see what the fibroids looked like, so much for all the back pain, clotting, heavy (.)'s etc. I'm ready to get rid of mine! My pre-op is Wednesday. No backing out now, my manager has already hired a temp to cover for me while I'm gone.

Yes...this is a very informative site. I went there when someone posted the link a while back.

In my own humble opinion....it is something I want to go to after my surgery. I went there...started to look around....decided after looking at a couple of pictures, I really didn't need that much information until AFTER I had the surgery. haha
