Massage just short of 4 weeks post hysterectomy?
hi everyone, just wondering if it would be ok/ safe to have a massage at almost 4 weeks post op? Have any of you had one yet? My neck , upper back, glutes and shoulder are really sore...

Funny you should say this! Same date of recovery and I just had a massage tonight! It was great and actually my dr ordered it for my many aches and pains!

Hi Emily, lol yeah I woke up this morning and thought it might help.
I just had my one hour massage, was amazing ! Highly recommend it☺️👍
