Thank you so much

I saw my doctor yesterday after calling and telling them that I thought I was loosing my mind with everything happening with my parents.

Because of how well I was doing up until last Friday night when everything TOTALLY came to a head, my dr was comfortable with that my hormone treatment (estratest) was not the real culprit.

He did find that my blood pressure was elevated (which we both agreed wasn't a shock considering how totally worked up I was). So he prescribed something to help that and he also prescribed a mild sedative to help me come down to normal and relax a bit.

I have taken two doses and am feeling so much better...

Thanks to all of you who were there to support me! I am such an independent (sometimes bull headed) woman - I have basically been doing it all (working full-time, maintaining a house, completing a degree) on my own with my daughter since 1991 - that for me to admit I need help is a REALLY big step.

THANKS AGAIN!

Thank you so much

We all need help once in awhile. Don't worry about it and relax as much as you can.

Thank you so much

Hi Barb,

Glad to hear you are back on track! Take good care of yourself and congratulations for getting what you need. It IS hard to ask for help when you are used to doing it all. I'm about that stubborn as well, but hey... you have to do what it takes. Fingers crossed that things go smoothly for you.
